• This is a ground floor unit that requires taking a few steps down to the front door
• A $28 fee for Accidental Damage Protection is charged per stay, covering accidental damages up to $1,500.
• A $500 security deposit is required and will be automatically reserved by putting a hold or charge on the guest's credit card 2 days prior to arrival.
• Additional cleaning services are available upon request for an added fee.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.
